Cashew cream

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups of raw cashews

  • 1/2 cup@woolworths_sa soya plant milk

  • 1/4 cup @healthconnection nutritional yeast

  • 2 tbsp tamari soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • Salt and black pepper to taste


METHOD

  • Soak 2 cups of raw cashews in boiling water for an hour.

  • Drain and pour onto a food processor

  • Add the remaining ingredients and

  • Blend until smooth

  • Store in a glass jar and use within 7 days
