INGREDIENTS
2 cups of raw cashews
1/2 cup@woolworths_sa soya plant milk
1/4 cup @healthconnection nutritional yeast
2 tbsp tamari soy sauce
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
METHOD
Soak 2 cups of raw cashews in boiling water for an hour.
Drain and pour onto a food processor
Add the remaining ingredients and
Blend until smooth
Store in a glass jar and use within 7 days
