Chickpea falafel

Ingredients
2 440ml cans of chickpeas (drained, rinsed and patted dry)
1 cup baby spinach (roughly chopped)
1 large clove of garlic( finely chopped )
6 green kalamata olives
1 tsp miso paste
1 tsp tahini
1 tsp mustard
2 tbsp chives (chopped)
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
2 tbsp avocado oil
Cayenne pepper, Cajun spice and chili flakes
Method
Add all ingredients onto a food processor
Using the pulse setting, pulse the ingredients until roughly combined
Form the mixture into balls
Use the “potatoes chips” setting on the airfryer and “fry” the falafel for 20 minutes.
Serving suggestion
• serve on a bed of salad greens or baby spinach with avocado and Rosa tomatoes
